ATTENTION!!!!

1st meeting : July 24, 2010 (Josie's Resort)

Attendees : J-Ann, Rachel, Julius, Mia, Edlin, Josie, Juvy, Ryan Duran, Gemma

Not quite a number but still thankful that we came up to this plan... somewhat concrete yet changeable to some few details for improvement (we had also discussed the comments/suggestions of other batchmates).

Date : October 23, 2010, SATURDAY
A whole day affair so please guys... block this date sa inyo nga mga schedules. Kis-a mn lng ni
so hoping everyone could come.

Tentative program:

We will start the day with a

MASS (San Jose Parish, of course)
Turn-over of our PROJECT
Sports fest
Venue : San Jose Catholic School - we will be writing a letter addressed
to Fr. Sicio asking permission to allow us to use SJCS covered gym
and other facilities
Teams : we will know which group we belong on that day
Games : Basketball & Volleyball

----- Lunch : order food from a fast food chain
Sports fest (continuation)

----- Puli anay to prepare for the dinner party------

Dinner (starts @ 6-7pm - no venue yet. OPTIONS : Westown Hotel or Emillion Al
Fresco
next event will depend on us... we could have videoke or bar chilling

PROJECT Most of us will like this for we are giving what we can give to our dear Alma
mater. The project choices : monoblock chairs, bulletin board, sports equipment
or other things needed by the school and will based to our budget and mostly
from our solicitations.

Solicitations : Everyone will be given a solicitation letter to be given to offices or to a specific
person. We need this guid para makahatag ta project s SJCS since all collected
solicits will finance our project for the school.

Contribution : P500.00 deadline of collection will be on October 9, 2010. We know that
this might be a big amount but we will have an option to pay on installment basis. Just
coordinate to Josie or me (thru FB or text) or deposit on our account. This week we will
be inquiring to some bank and all contributions, solicits will be deposited
to this account. Account name and Account # will be posted here and to our blogsites/
website.

Souvenir : Black tshirt

Committee/In-charged : These persons will be responsible but they need our cooperation and help.

Food/Venue : IMPORTANT the letter of permission addressed to Fr. Sicio -- ako ah
Finance : Josie -- she will be inquiring on how to open an account, requirements, etc
T-shirt : Edlin
Decoration

OUR TARGET : Hopefully, we could have a minimum of 50 persons attending our reunion. The more, the merrier, guys so please please ATTEND. We will really have a GOOD TIME, that's for sure!!!!

TO OUR BATCHMATES nga malayo --- we also need your help. We have our account on the next few
days or weeks, you could make padala if you desired.hehheehe..

money will be safe, don't worry guys coz nasa bank
man sya and there will be 2 signatories so there will be no problem.

So this is it!!! WE WILL WORK THIS OUT and the success of our REUNION will depend from our 100%
